Summer is almost here and it is past time for this girl to get her tooshie into shape.
As I was perusing Instagram the other night I saw several of my favorite girls posting about a 30 day squat challenge. If I like anything, it is a challenge. I have already completed day 2 and can't wait until this back side of mine sees a little lifting, tightening and toning from it. I have been doing the squats without a break so far but have a feeling as the days go by it will get harder.
