There’s a way forward.
To make any progress, you must make some effort.
Get going, make the effort....the progress you want will come.
Holding yourself back because you fear you will not reach your goal is the biggest mistake of all. The possibilities are out there. Take them. The way to move forward towards your goals is to start living them.
Though it may feel very comfortable where you are, if you’re doing nothing to move forward,you are holding yourself back.
Set a small goal and do the work to reach that goal.
Progress is a good feeling. Even if it is something small, you are working your way towards your goal.
Strive for progress, not perfection.
